1. Before using a low-temperature coolant circulation pump, liquid media (pure water, alcohol, or antifreeze can also be added) should be added to the tank. The liquid level of the medium should be below the cooling coil in the tank and 20mm below the workbench. 2. Power supply: 220V 50Hz, power supply power should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device; 3. Avoid acidic and alkaline substances entering the tank to corrode the coil and inner liner. 4. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument; 5. Regularly observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, liquid medium should be added in a timely manner 6. When the working temperature of the low-temperature coolant circulation pump is low, attention should be paid not to open the upper cover, and hands should not enter the tank to prevent frostbite; 7. After use, place all switches in the off state and cut off the power supply; 8. During liquid external circulation, customers should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent it from falling off and prevent liquid leakage. 9. The instrument should be cleaned regularly, and if not in use for a long time, the medium in the tank should be emptied and wiped clean to maintain the cleanliness of the workbench and operating panel. Four common fault causes and solutions: 1. Low temperature coolant circulation pump without temperature display Check if the connecting wires on the circuit board have fallen off, if the sensors have fallen off, and if there is water splashing on the circuit board. Solution: Plug in the connecting cable, dry the circuit board, and then turn it on. 2. The low-temperature coolant circulating pump does not cool or the cooling speed is slow Is there any leakage in the system, and is there any dirt or blockage in the system. Solution: Have professional personnel repair it. 3. Low temperature coolant circulation pump without external circulation Check if the circulating pump is blocked, if the power box is detached, if the valve is open, and if there is ice formation inside the circulating pump. Solution: Check the connecting wires, eliminate blockages, and open the valve 4. The entire low-temperature coolant circulation pump is without power Leakage protector protection, fuse blown, power phase sequence connected incorrectly Solution: Adjust the position of the two live wires, replace the safety tube, and reset the leakage protector

Leakage protector protection, fuse blown, power phase sequence connected incorrectly
Solution: Adjust the position of the two live wires, replace the safety tube, and reset the leakage protector
