The maintenance and upkeep of circulating water pumps should be viewed from both daily and operational aspects: (1) Daily maintenance and upkeep 1. Keep the equipment clean, dry, oil-free, and leak free. 2. Check whether the running sound of the circulating water pump is normal, whether there is vibration or leakage every day, and promptly handle any problems found. 3. Check whether the oil level in the suspension oil chamber of the centrifugal pump is suitable every day, and it must be maintained at 1/3 and 2/3 of the oil level gauge. 4. It is strictly prohibited for the circulating water pump to work when the liquid in the water tank (barrel) is evacuated, as the circulating water pump not only vibrates violently during the evacuation state, but also affects the pump's lifespan. Therefore, special attention must be paid. 5. Metal objects and flexible substances such as rubber, cotton yarn, and plastic cloth are strictly prohibited from entering the circulating water pump, in order to avoid damaging the flow passage of the water pump and blocking the impeller passage, which may prevent the pump from working properly. 6.
