IDB Series Peripheral Water Pump for Wells and Pressure Boosting

The FENGHE IDB Series comprises compact peripheral electric pumps developed for clean-water lifting, garden sprinkling, washing and pressure-boosting systems. The series is particularly suitable for buyers who require a small pump body with practical delivery pressure for residential, agricultural and light-commercial water applications.

IDB models are available for different operating requirements, with maximum flow rates across the series ranging from approximately 35 to 70 L/min and maximum heads from approximately 36 to 84 m. Maximum suction lift can reach 9 m under suitable installation conditions. Actual performance depends on the selected model, pipe arrangement, suction height and total system resistance.

Application-Oriented Design

The IDB Series is intended for installations where compact dimensions, useful pressure and straightforward operation are required. Its peripheral hydraulic design is suitable for clean-water systems with moderate flow demand and comparatively higher delivery head.

For reliable operation, the pumped water should be clean and free from sand, fibers and abrasive particles. The suction line must be airtight and correctly sized. The pump and suction pipe should be filled with water before starting, and dry running must be avoided. A foot valve or check valve may be required according to the installation.

Selection Information

Selecting the correct IDB model requires more than checking motor power. Buyers should confirm the required flow rate, total delivery head, suction depth, pipe diameter, voltage, frequency and expected operating hours. Long or narrow piping and multiple fittings may reduce the actual flow available at the outlet.

Voltage and Supply Options

Depending on the destination market and model availability, 110 V, 110/220 V, 50 Hz and 60 Hz configurations can be discussed. Final electrical and hydraulic specifications should be confirmed before production.
