CPM Series Electric Centrifugal Pump for Higher-Flow Water Transfer

The FENGHE CPM Series is a range of single-stage electric centrifugal pumps developed for clean-water transfer applications that require more flow than a typical compact peripheral pump. Its hydraulic design makes the series suitable for agricultural irrigation, tank-to-tank transfer, general water supply and light-commercial circulation systems.

Five models are available across the CPM range, with rated motor power from 0.37 kW to 1.5 kW. Depending on the selected model, maximum flow ranges from approximately 70 to 140 L/min, while maximum head ranges from approximately 20 to 44 m. Maximum suction lift can reach 8 m under suitable installation conditions. Actual operating performance depends on pipe length, pipe diameter, suction height and total system resistance.

How CPM Differs from Peripheral Pumps

The CPM Series is designed primarily for users who need practical water volume at moderate delivery heads. Compared with QB and IDB peripheral pumps, CPM centrifugal pumps are generally better suited to higher-flow transfer and irrigation duties. This distinction helps buyers choose a pump based on the actual hydraulic requirement instead of motor power alone.

Installation Guidance

The pump should be used with clean, non-aggressive water that does not contain sand, fibers or abrasive solids. The suction pipe must be airtight, correctly sized and as short as practical. Before starting, fill the pump body and suction pipe with water. Dry running must be avoided.

The series uses 1-inch inlet and outlet connections. A foot valve or check valve may be required depending on the water source and installation layout. Adequate ventilation should be provided around the motor.

Model Selection

To select a suitable CPM model, confirm the required flow rate, total dynamic head, suction depth, pipe diameter, voltage, frequency and expected operating time. Long piping, elbows, valves and narrow pipework can reduce the actual outlet flow.
