FENGHE MP Series Magnetic Drive Circulation Pump

The FENGHE MP Series is a range of compact magnetic drive circulation pumps designed for clean liquid transfer and circulation in industrial equipment.

Unlike conventional pumps with a mechanical shaft seal, the motor shaft and impeller are separated and coupled through magnetic force. Motor torque is transmitted through the magnetic coupling to drive the impeller without direct shaft penetration through the pump chamber. This sealless structure helps reduce liquid leakage and routine shaft-seal maintenance.

The MP Series includes models from MP-6R to MP-100R, with rated power from 6 W to 250 W. Different flow rates, heads and connection sizes are available to meet the requirements of equipment manufacturers, distributors and OEM buyers.

Working Principle

The motor-side drive magnet and the impeller-side driven magnet are separated by a sealed containment structure. When the motor rotates, magnetic coupling force transfers torque to the impeller without direct mechanical contact through the pump chamber.

This design eliminates the conventional rotating shaft seal and helps provide a compact, enclosed liquid-transfer solution.
