The FENGHE horizontal pressure tank is designed for use with water pumps, automatic booster systems and domestic water-supply equipment. Its horizontal structure provides a practical mounting platform for installing a compatible pump above the tank, helping create a compact and organized pressure-boosting assembly.

During normal operation, the tank stores a reserve of pressurized water and releases it when water demand begins. This allows the system to supply small amounts of water without immediately restarting the pump. By reducing frequent pump start-stop cycles, the tank can support more stable system pressure, quieter operation and longer service life for compatible pumping equipment.

Selection and Installation

The correct tank capacity, pressure rating, connection size and pump-mounting arrangement should be selected according to the pump output, required system pressure, available installation space and operating conditions. The pressure tank stabilizes system operation but does not increase the maximum flow or maximum head of the connected pump.

Installation and pre-charge adjustment should be completed by qualified personnel. The tank should be securely supported, connected with suitable fittings and operated within its specified pressure range. Periodic inspection of the air pre-charge, connections and tank condition is recommended.
